Fragrance Safety & Disclaimer

Maison Imio fragrances are crafted using high-quality ingredients including natural extracts, essential oils, and synthetic aroma compounds. As with all fragrance products, individual reactions may vary.

 

Patch Test Recommendation

Before wearing a new fragrance, we strongly recommend performing a patch test. Apply a small amount to the inner wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours. If you experience any redness, itching, swelling, or irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

 

Known Allergens

Our products may contain ingredients listed as potential allergens under EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and IFRA standards. Full ingredient lists (INCI) are available on each product page.

 

Usage Guidelines

Age Restriction Policy

Maison Imio fragrance products may contain alcohol (ethanol) as a carrier ingredient. As a result, the following age restrictions apply:

 

• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from maisonimio.com.

• By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.

• All products must be kept out of reach of children.

• Do not allow children to handle or apply any Maison Imio fragrance product.

 

Maison Imio reserves the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the buyer does not meet the minimum age requirement.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to shipping carrier restrictions and customs regulations, we are unable to fulfil orders to certain destinations. International Shipping & Country Restrictions

Maison Imio ships internationally from our fulfilment centre. While we strive to reach customers everywhere, some destinations are subject to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or import prohibitions on alcohol-based cosmetic products.

 

Currently Restricted Destinations

We are currently unable to ship to the following regions due to carrier or customs limitations:

• Countries under active international trade sanctions

• Destinations where alcohol-based fragrance products are restricted or prohibited by local law

• Remote or unserviced postal zones where reliable delivery cannot be guaranteed

 

 

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Maison Imio has no control over customs delays or additional charges and cannot predict what they may be.
