Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we are here to help.

 

Returns

•       We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

•       Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

•       To start a return, email us at support@maisonimio.com with your order number.

 

Refunds

•       Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

•       Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

•       Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
